Conference Halls Terms & Conditions

  1. Prices and advertised rates include all taxes and are in MXN pesos. Valid on 01/31/2019.
  2. To reserve and block the date to make the event, a payment of 50% of the total cost (advance payment) is required as a guarantee of the same. The remaining 50% must be paid 1 hour before the start of the event to give access to the attendees to the room.
  3. Maximum time of use / stay: 6 hours per event from the beginning of the same; not acumulable. After the time contracted for rent, a charge will be made according to the additional hours indicated in this document. The room rental service includes use of lighting, tables and chairs for attendants, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking and health services.
  4. Coffee-Break: includes American coffee, cookies, purified natural water and soft drinks (carbonated drinks) per assistant. Due to logistics, this service must be requested at least 24 hours before the date and time of the start of the event.
  5. Cold canapés service: service available from 20 people. Due to logistics, this service must be requested at least 48 hours before the date and time of the start of the event.
  6. The client is committed to only hold events for training, courses, press conferences, product presentations and work / business meetings. It is forbidden to use it for social events (e.g. parties, celebrations) and / or workshops that involve the use of tools that could damage the facilities of the rooms or affect the order. It should be taken into account that it is not possible to place anything hanging from the ceiling or walls of the room or to attach posters, posters or any other material. THE HOTEL reserves the right to make the event contracted by THE CLIENT if it is used for other purposes not described in this information brochure.
  7. Cualquier cancelación deberá de ser solicitada con mínimo 72 horas de anticipación a la fecha del evento de forma escrita y confirmada por el hotel enviando solicitud a reservas@hotelmagicexpress.com o de forma presencial en el mostrador del hotel firmando la solicitud de cancelación. Se aceptan cambio de fechas de renta de salones con mínimo 72 horas de anticipación, siempre y cuando la nueva fecha que se solicite esté disponible.
  8. Any cancellation must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the date of the event in writing and confirmed by the hotel by sending a request to reservas@hotelmagicexpress.com or in person at the hotel counter signing the cancellation request. Change of rental dates for rooms with a minimum of 72 hours in advance is accepted, as long as the new date requested is available.
  9. With less than 72 hours in advance, change of dates reserved for rental of rooms is not accepted. In this case, the reservation is canceled and the guarantee deposit will not be refunded (50% of the total amount of the reservation).
  10. For the rental of audiovisual equipment, the client must guarantee $ 200 Mexican pesos per article. The equipment for rent or loan to the client during the event by the hotel must be returned under the same conditions as it was delivered. In case of partial damage, total or loss, the client must cover the amount of the same or the physical replacement.
